Our Native BLOOD and community is all that will save us in the end, anything they do for us is really against our survival as Indian people in our homeland. For those who rely on white man's papers to tell them they are Indian, even though our Ancestors blood is all any of us need to be Indian, lets see how long those government papers last with all the disenrollments, blood quantum, and government regulating Indians to a paper death, a paper extinction, and each year making rules and regulations that are designed "from the beginning of it" to bring an end "even to the paper Indian" through the BIA better known as a former branch of the renamed war dept.
They try to punish us Natives for telling the Truth, even the Truth about Paper Genocide of Native American Indians.
Truth will be told even when they don't want it to be told. The times we are in now are the times they can't control.
We Natives are now on the very path they feared "Native Unity in Truth" so regardless of their oppression,
we all will move forward as a unified Native people of the Americas, both North and South.
They are not here to help our people, and those papers they use against us are used to destroy our people, bring division, control our numbers on paper, and quote them the way they want them quoted to give the illusion of a decline in our population,
smoke and mirrors that hide our True numbers.
Think about how they give misinformation in history books and do this by so called historians.
They claim that my people the Tuscarora are only small in number but the TRUTH is that in the 1700's out of approx. 8,000 Tuscarora only 200 left for up north. So what happened to the other 7,800 Indians? our families were just relabeled as either colored or white depending on who was deciding which lie to tell about us on any given day, the war did not bring an extinction to North Carolina Tuscarora,
as European history books falsely claim.
Papers don't make one Indian, BLOOD does and there are Tuscarora still in North Carolina who are still Indian by blood.
Fact: North Carolina actually changes hospital birth records before sending the record to Raleigh regardless of what a birth mother writes down for race when it comes to us Indians. They actually tamper with records to hide Indian ancestry, this is done within the county and then the states vital records okay's this deception.
Paper Genocide - With the stroke of a pen, or the click of a mouse Native American Indian ancestry can be suppressed on government records.
Paper Genocide is the deliberate and systematic destruction of Native American Indian culture, language, and identity as a unique racial group by way of the illegal and oppressive race reclassification imposed on Native American Indians or "Blood Indians" to the Non-Indian races of Black/African American, White, or Latino/Hispanic.
Paper Genocide has a traumatic affect on those of us who have gone through, or are now going through it, this is known as "Historical Trauma".
"Historical trauma is cumulative emotional and psychological wounding over the lifespan and across generations, emanating from massive group trauma. Native American Indians have, for over 500 years, endured physical, emotional, social, and spiritual genocide from European and American colonialist policy.
HISTORICAL TRAUMA INCLUDES:
*The Slaughter of Native American Indians
*Racial Reclassification better known as Paper Genocide of American Indians to White, Black, Mulatto, or Hispanic (Directly Related to Loss of Cultural Identity)
*Forced Assimilation into Indian Schools and White Society (Directly Related to Loss of Cultural Identity)
*Loss of Language and Cultural Identity
A "TRUE STORY OF PAPER GENOCIDE IN AMERICA"
PAPER GENOCIDE BY THE STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA AGAINST TUSCARORA INDIANS WHO REMAINED AFTER THE TUSCARORA WAR (1711-1715)
Children in public schools, and the public in general are told a great lie by the state of North Carolina, the lie that all Tuscarora Indians went to NY and Canada after the war ended in 1715.
Yet as blood Indians we are still here in North Carolina in great numbers.
Out of 8,000 Tuscarora families who were known in North Carolina in the 1700's only 200 Tuscarora went up north to the reservation set up by the U.S. government. Most of our people remained in North Carolina.
ITS COMMON SENSE, DO THE MATH, WE TUSCARORA INDIANS ARE STILL HERE!
Approximately 7,800 Tuscarora have remained in North Carolina after the war of 1715 in areas like Snow Hill, and other areas of Greene County, Pitt County including Contentnea, and Lenoir County. Others remained in Robeson County, Maxton, Red Springs, Pembroke, and other areas our people are known to be from in North Carolina.
Tuscarora remained in North Carolina and had Indian families for generations before and after the war ended in 1715!!!
Our Tuscarora numbers are now way higher than 8,000 and this is not counting Tuscarora who moved away from North Carolina to other states but can trace Indian Ancestry right back home to North Carolina.
Paper Genocide or race reclassification is modern day oppression imposed by government against blood Indians.
Paper Genocide is illegal, but North Carolina's government goes against its own supreme law of the land to impose it. Supreme Court law overrides all unconstitutional state laws or actions, which includes Paper Genocide of blood Indians based on the case "Loving vs Virginia" when Walter Plecker a vital records officer practiced massive Paper Genocide against Virginia's Indian population. The "Racial Integrity Act" was struck down in this Court Case.
It is a fact that North Carolina's government began Paper Genocide against North Carolina Indians one year BEFORE Plecker became famous for his acts of Paper Genocide in Virginia in 1924 with his Racial Integrity Act of 1924.
Records destruction in North Carolina courthouses and government offices, and hoarding salvaged of Indian records by "so called" local historian made unavailable to the general public also contribute to North Carolina's Paper Genocide against blood Indians.
Race reclassification better known as Paper Genocide is illegal, yet it is still being practiced by government offices in North Carolina, including its vital records offices.
My family has always been known as blood Indians in the communities they lived in such as Contentnea, Snow Hill, and other locations in Greene, Pitt, and Lenoir Counties in North Carolina.
North Carolina's government can only lie on paper to suppress that fact, because its government cannot take away the Indian blood that flows through our veins as Tuscarora.
Note: *The U.S. Supreme Court struck down Walter Plecker's Racial Integrity Act in 1967 within Loving v. Virginia Argued: April 10, 1967, Decided: June 12, 1967, 206 Va. 924, 147 S.E.2d 78, reversed.
They called us savages, but the real savages are those who killed our Indian people, enslaved our Indian people, stole our lands and resources,
and imposed Paper Genocide on Blood Indians.
Manifest destiny was simply a criminal act, and always will be.
Papers have given some people amnesia.
They forgot that papers don't decide who we are, our Creator made us who we are...
not the white man oppressive laws and rules.
UNITED WE WILL STAND, TOGETHER WE WILL SURVIVE
WE ARE THE 7th GENERATION
WE ARE RED NATION, THE FIRST PEOPLE, THIS IS OUR HOMELAND, WE WILL REMAIN...FOREVER.
